Oral/Maxillofacial Residency:  University of Oklahoma

Following residency served in U.S. Navy as
Staff Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Naval Dental Center
in Norfolk, Virginia and at Portsmouth Hospital Residency 
Training Program in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Solo private practice in Yukon, Oklahoma 98 to 2008 and then moved back to Tulsa, Oklahoma to establish High Tech Dental Implant practice.

Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and 
Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Fellow of the American Association of Oral and 
Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Member of the American Dental Association.

What is the role of the implant coordinator in our practice?

The Implant Coordinator plays a key role in educating our patients about the benefits of dental implants.

She is the patient's first contact during the consultation and remains involved until treatment is complete.

The coordinator also works with the patient's restorative dentist and staff to keep them well informed regarding the implant treatment plan and various stages of the implant process.

Revitalize Dental Implants is pleased to introduce the latest addition to our staff. Tonya Smith will be serving as Dental Implant Coordinator for Dr. C. Ken Templeton, DDS.
