Dr. Templeton is an Oklahoma native. Born in Pawhuska, he was raised in Cleveland, Oklahoma.
Dr. Templeton received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1988 and is a 1992 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry. In 1996, Dr. Templeton completed a four year surgical residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center.
Upon completing residency, Dr. Templeton was the staff oral surgeon at the Navy Dental Center in Norfolk, VA. In 1998, he opened a private practice in Yukon, OK. He relocated to Tulsa in 2010 and had two practice locations in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. In the spring of 2017 he closed his Tulsa and Broken Arrow offices to relocate Revitalize Dental Implants to beautiful Edmond, OK to be closer to family.

Dr. Templeton has active licenses with the Oklahoma State Dental Board, the Oklahoma State Specialty Board and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, the Oklahoma Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Templeton also donates his services in conjunction with Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services. Additionally, he has privileges at Hillcrest Hospital South and Memorial Surgery Center.
Dr. Templeton is dedicated to providing Edmond and the surrounding area with the most up-to-date, high-tech dental implant and oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques. In his spare time, Dr. Templeton enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing. He is an active member of Life Church. During football season you can find him tailgating at the OU home games with his three sons.
